Okay, Trader Joes is not exactly torturing me, but since I'm going sugar little and cutting back on the sweets, stuff like this microwave and voila hot piping Brownie is available in one minute makes it really challenging. The small brownie size almost reminds me of Easy Bake Oven chocolate cakes.
Here is some of the lovely goat cheese selections over at Oakville Grocery in Kierland Commons. When you go, you MUST say hello to Deanna the manager of the cheese section. The woman is a burst of joy and a cornucopia of knowledge not only about cheese but about all kinds of stuff. She has food allergies too and it was like a breath of fresh air to learn about cheese from her.
One of the most interesting things in this goat cheese section is that goat milk fudge up there in the white rectangle boxes. I must definitely try some of that next time.
While going to check out the new Oakville Grocery at Scottsdale Commons, in the parking lot was parked this scooter used by the Security. It kinda reminded me of something you'd see in a Pixar movie. I wouldn't be shocked if the thing talked.
Today, I've been blogging and tweeting @solacoffeebar. I'm in heaven enjoying this agave latte in rice milk. Oh! This drink is seriously fabulous, and Alexis who made my drink was so nice. She's a healthy eater foodie too.
And yeah, behind that latte are some oatmeal cookies. I couldn't help myself.
Having the egg and dairy allergy particularly sucks at breakfast time out with friends because most places that serve breakfast or brunch have dishes ostly with egg in it. I SO miss my favorite egg white, spinach, tomato, sauteed onion, and chicken apple sausage omlet topped with gouda.
